I’ve been living in my house for 4 years now and my ceiling was leaking in several areas mainly in my bedroom and now it’s even worse because no one has fixed the problem I’ve had multiple people patch the ceiling which has now fallen down again and the wall in that bedroom has fallen off because of the rain leaking in and it still leaks above my stairs the ceiling has also fallen down there in 2 places now I have pictures and videos of the damages before they got that bad and I sent a video to Brad showing him the wall wher... read more

My experience with Midwest Acquisition has been extremely frustrating and disappointing as a tenant. Maintenance requests are not handled in a timely or responsible way. Issues are either ignored for long periods or patched over with temporary “Band-Aid” fixes instead of being properly repaired. The same problems continue to come back because nothing is ever fully resolved. There is also a serious lack of communication and follow-through. Once you report an issue, you are often left waiting indefinitely with no clear updates... read more

Company is a self managing real estate development company. Most negative comments are from disgruntled tenants, inherited from other landlords through acquisition. Midwest Acquisition purchases multi family real estate projects throughout the midwest

I’m not sure even where to start with this… purchased a property with them and original timeframe was 90 days, ended up being almost 18 months. Original bid amount basically doubled and now I’m having trouble selling the property because everyone comments on how awful the work was done. I ended up doing some research on Brad and found out I’m definitely not the first person to have a terrible experience working with him and his company. If you’re looking to renovate properties I’d definitely steer clear…

I hate it ! The problem I have with this property is the up keep,roaches,rats,drug dealers,people not paying rent but still able to live in the units as squatters. They always got a note on doors for unpaid rent ,late fees . I have to pay out of pocket to fix things in my apartment.the cabinets are old I have to put my food in totes on the floors because I can't put nothing in my cabinets.they got a woman that.is.a horder in 1 unit it's just a horrible place to live period!!
