Worst customer service experience ever. I contacted Midway about a package which was shipped to me and never arrived. Tracking from UPS shows the package departing a UPS facility 5 days ago from a city in my state. UPS informed me that I had to contact the shipper. When I contacted Midway they told me they could do nothing before 7 days! Why? I further asked why I paid for “expedited shipping “ and was told I had standard shipping.unfortunately the UPS app clearly states EXPEDITED”expedited “ as the shipping method. Boldly L... read more
Prices are never right, when you go to check out thinking you are paying a certain amount to only see that the cost of the items has doubled. Customer service is terrible. I will be taking my business to a company that actually cares.
Shipping prices are very high and shipping takes too long. A $18 small range bag has a $13 shipping cost at the economy rate and it would still take over a week for it to arrive to central TX. I used to order frequently from Midway but not so much anymore and I won't order unless they have a free shipping event and its something that i can't find elsewhere. I've also had a lot of poorly packaged orders, like someone just found an oversized box and threw everything inside with no packing material so stuff gets beat up when it... read more
