Ive always had a great experience with MidwayUSA. It had been awhile since I did a on-site pick up. I went to the one by Midway Golf & Games. Just make sure if you are picking up to go to their Roachport location. That location is just one more exite down heading west.
Bought a quality casting rod from MidwayUSA. Less than 2 weeks after receiving it and on my first day using, rod broke about foot from top during a cast. Never even caught a fish on it. Told I have to ship it back before they will replace or refund. Sending them a picture was not an option.

Worst customer service experience ever. I contacted Midway about a package which was shipped to me and never arrived. Tracking from UPS shows the package departing a UPS facility 5 days ago from a city in my state. UPS informed me that I had to contact the shipper. When I contacted Midway they told me they could do nothing before 7 days! Why?
