the doctors are ok and pretty nice but receptionist aren't good about returning a concerning phone call or follow up. on two separate occasions i put my trust in them and they let me down my pets did not make it either time . the response i got was why didn't you take him to the emergency room? by the time i put him in his cat carrier and drove one hour it would of been late. this community of vernonia needs more optional and closer choices for pets. i will never take my animal to them again.
