Ordered a rear axle, the gal never ordered it (but they took my money) so it took another week to get it but they did take 100$ off. I gave them my vin and needed a LSD rear like what came with my truck. I asked them multiple times and I received a non LSD rear. I've put 5k miles on the used axle and since it's started raining more I noticed it didn't perform the same, I called but they won't do anything since it's over 90 days. It used to have great service when Frank was there he never messed up on any order. Could order something on the phone he would have it asap for you without a doubt. Now the man that’s there constantly messes orders up, “looses your #.” My husband drove over there to pick some seats up and then he was told his order was canceled but they lost his # so couldn’t call him to let him know.
