Very good friendly manager.
There website and Google listing suggest they are business friendly. Good thing I asked before putting down a year's worth of rent on 2, 10x20 units because the lady at the front desk gave me a hard NO and said the website should not say that. But it does, in the first paragraph. False advertising.
Horrible. ZERO communication, rude and short. Do not offer payment conveniences and never send out statements or let you know if you missed a payment. If you travel, or did for work? Forget about it- impossible to deal with them. Personally, I believe they watched too many reality shows and purposely do not communicate with customers in efforts to seize goods and sell. All about the seizing of goods. Also one of the most expensive around, in 2022 their rates will go up so high they must be catering to the NJ or NYers moving ... read more
