I’ve lived in many apartment complexes in my life due to traveling for my work and I have to say Midway Station is the absolute best there is. The apts are well insulated so I don’t hear my neighbors, the grounds are kept clean, it’s gated and has a salt water pool. But the main reason for the 5 stars is due to the property management. I’ve had a bad experience with Midway Station since Day 1. When I first moved-in, the apartment was filthy. There were paint splotches, damaged hardwood floors, broken oven light, and water spots all over the cabinets. Mind you this is for $1,850+ a month apartment. There is nothing ‘luxury’ about living here. The apartments are 10+ years old and it shows throughout the apartment complex. I have lived here for a year and have love it!
Did temp move from city and chose Midstation due to location , quick response by team when we where looking , easy fast and portal easy to understand ,Clean neighbors , privacy since no thin walls , and lots more . I guess nothing to complain about since I’ve been here 3 months and Husband and I extremely happy with Choice we made . Thanks to all Midstation staff .
