I was calling to get my septic certified. I felt that the receptionist was very short and relatively rude on the phone. I filled out the paperwork as needed and then a manager called me two days later, but didn't want to talk with me, just wanted information about my realtor. When I wouldn't give out that information, she said she was throwing my paperwork away and I could call someone else. They might be capable of doing a job, but I can't testify to that.
