I’ve now been a customer for several years. First and foremost our technician has always shown up on time for quarterly treatments and always gives a heads up when on the way. I’ve never once had to remind them of routine service. And I greatly appreciate the fact that our price has not changed in those several years! Had a great experience with Midwest Pest Management! Rene showed up right on time for my inspection and was incredibly polite and professional. He walked me through everything in great detail and was super informative without ever being pushy about services — which I really appreciated, especially since I have a stone foundation. He even took care of a mouse that had gotten caught in one of my traps, which was above and beyond. Highly recommend!
We have used Midway Pest Management for approximately the past 4 years. They come every few months and are always great communicators. It’s an easy company to work with if you are looking for insect and other pest control for your home.

We were very pleased with the prompt service provided by Midway Pest Management. The technicians who came to the house were very thorough in exploring our attic, they took pictures to show us the problem, explained each step of the process, followed up to make sure our "critter" had vacated the premises, and were very courteous. I would highly recommend Midway Pest Control if you are having issues with any kind of pest in your home!
