The worst place to take a vehicle for service. I was going there for it being close and they ended up lying about my paid service contract and telling I ran out of oil changes before I actually did. That was in 2023/2024 I also have a bumper to bumper warranty to 120k miles on my newer 2023 car. I brought in my 2001 Nissan frontier, only 50k miles on it so I just wanted a full service, I knew some of the bushings on the vehicle were bad as they’ve been in arizona sun for its entire life, and my suspension was beginning to squeak and a couple other issues, I brought it in, notified of squeaky suspension (not even sure this got written down in my service report) and notified of squeaky engine belt due to having to replace my belt with non-oem, along with my release bearing being bad, however the car also had no clutch... read more
Last year I had horrible experience with service. That advisor & mechanic are no longer there. I don't take any pleasure from hearing this, but the cost of what I spent on repairs & mistakes was ridiculous. FAST FORWARD to today's service with Steve "Booty" Boudousquie... what a refreshing change. Steve was amazing, he looked back at previous service, didn't push anything I didn't need & his techs did a great job, along with a video of their finds.
