Best service parts and mechanics, dan chad, albert the best!
While on vacation this past week near middle River, we came across three ladies stranded on the side of the road. Flat tire. No spare. Vehicle was a rental. Very little or no cell service. They were waiting for hours to have rental company take care of things. We remembered seeing the dodge dealership down the road. Stopped in Service department. Talked to Chad. These guys are absolute lifesavers. We broke down on the Cabot Trail—middle of nowhere, no cell service, in a rental—and by some miracle, a passerby swung into Midway Motors and told them 3 girls were broken down on the road. Albert (our lifesaver) came all the way down to rescue us, found a replacement tire, and got us back on the road in no time. Thank you, Albert, and the entire Midway Motors crew, and the sweet passerby for turning a travel nightmare into a minor hiccup. Your kindness kept our road trip going!
