We checked in at midnight on Sunday Sept.8 and as we had just come from camping we left out camping gear in the back of our truck. And back our truck up toward the door. We we awoke our $250 tent was gone. I spoke to the owner who let us watch the camera footage. It was obviously edited bc at the beginning of the footage it was there but towards the end of the footage it was gone and we did not see anyone take our tent. Also he told me checkout was 11am. Then he told my partner we had too be out by 10am.
Scam artists. Stole my security deposit. Called twice, and they said they would send an e-transfer. It's been 2 weeks. Will update if they send one. Edit: When I arrived around midnight after driving 18 hours straight, the lady at the desk said, "Smoking. Smoking?". I replied "Yeah, sure". I assumed this implied I got a smoking room. Seems like a deliberate scam.

Update:I appreciate a response to my review I will say that regardless of the reasons (long term stay) a service dog cannot be denied by law!!!! It is a civil rights issue and punishable with up to a $3,000 fine I can’t give a review on rooms as I wasn’t able to get past the booking process First problem is communication Second and most important is that I was denied my stay as I have a service dog! However, I see that there was a guest with a dog 3 weeks ago This is very disappointing
