If I was just rating for Dr. Porter, back of the house, and the lab this would be five stars. The front desk woman I’ve dealt with the past few times has made my entrance and exit very unpleasant.

Just another reminder that I will never forget yall..... Since Dr. Porter is not man enough to see me face to face to discuss his lack of competency in medicine, and Sherry Wilson is totally useless on the Administrative side and will not return phone calls, I wanted to pass along here that I have gladly shared my experience with the Medical Board for review. Do better, Porter. Shame on you, sir. There WAS NO CARE from this provider or staff....

Our family has loved coming to midway medical for medical care over the years. However, some things have changed. We have been left with no primary care physician due to ours leaving. It's been months now with no replacement. Also, if you are registering when you arrive for your appointment or leaving and needing to make another one, avoid talking to Kendra if you can. The other receptionists are nicer, they smile, they act like they care, and they are helpful.

I have gone to Midway for years. And had two doctors leave the practice over those years. Now I am without a primary care doctor, one, due to the doctor shortage and two, due to having to come in the office to “request” a doctor. I, like the gentleman who recently reviewed before me, feel like I have been deserted and thrown to the curb. I understand the stresses of being a doctor. My son is a physician. I, too, went for my annual checkup and it wasn’t explained to me why I had an appointment for a physical, but they weren’t... read more
