Great experience with Frank Chan. I first worked with him at Honda White Rock and later at Midway Mazda. Frank is professional, easy to deal with, and never pushy. He took the time to go through different options and was very flexible. Even though I decided to wait before buying, I really appreciated his help and time. Highly recommend!
Upsold on 2 service items I didn’t need. For an extra $500. I am grateful I know someone I can trust..$284 for an oil change and an air filter…Merry Christmas?? I am amending my review based on solid leadership from management on this one. Well done Jacob A. The change has to do with management's desire to have a better form of communication with it's customers. I am optimistic based on my conversation but will step cautiously.
