Mazda always does a great job servicing my car. What I really appreciated this time was seemingly insignificant, but REALLY appreciated... my console was broken when I bought my car (used). It bugged me, but not enough to mention it, so thanks for fixing that!
Booked a service (oil change) for 10 and they weren't done til 12.45. I specifically asked them not to wash the vehicle as I had just gotten it washed and I walked out to it still covered in soap after almost 3 hrs. Not the lot guy's fault as they didn't communicate anything to him. Aside from being insanely slow, I was harrassed by another client in the waiting area which is not the dealership's fault but it would have helped if the waiting area wasn't hidden behind a vehicle or had staff nearby. Edit: just received a call from Adam, one of the managers. He was very helpful and committed to making me happy. I appreciate him taking the time to look up my phone number and reaching out to me. I wouldn’t buy from this dealership. Within 3 months of buying my 2 year old Mazda from them paint chips showed up all over the hood of the car. Today I noticed that they put 100,000 on the extra 5 year warranty I paid $3,300 through them.
