I set up an appointment to test-drive a vehicle with a family member. We both took time out of our schedules only to hear that once we arrived we wouldn’t be allowed to test drive the car together because it is a 2-seater. I’ve dealt with, test-driven and purchased multiple 2 seat cars from dealerships in the past and never had that issue before. My experience with this dealership was very disappointing. When I purchased my new vehicle, the dealer offered me free all-weather floor mats as part of the deal. However, when I took delivery of the vehicle, the mats were not installed. When I asked about them, I was told they were out of stock and would arrive within a week. Weeks went by, and no one from the dealership contacted me. I eventually had to follow up myself, only to be told that Mazda had issued a recall on the floor mats.
