Had a great experience here. We were looking for a new car and salesman James took his time, was very engaged but in a non-pushy manner. We ended up deciding against buying a new car for financial reasons for the time being, but based on our experience we would feel very comfortable making a purchase at this dealership in the future. I recently took my Mazda CX-5 for an oil and filter service at Midway Mazda. When I dropped off my car, I told them I didn't want any other service done, other than the oil and filter changed and tire rotation (which was included with this service). After approximately 2 hours, the service advisor called me and advised me that further repairs needed to be done to my tensioner and belt, for an additional $700. Very good experience so far for us. We just bought a car and our salesperosn was Tommy. Tommy was very straightforward and honest. He definitely prodvided us with clear, helpful information. Other staff we have dealt with have been professional and friendly.
Be cautious when dealing with this dealership. Some important issues found during an independent inspection were brushed off, and the response from the manager felt dismissive. It seems like customer concerns aren't always taken seriously, even when they relate to safety. There are other similar reviews. Wish I had checked them earlier. If you're considering buying here, make sure to do your research and inspections first. Don't make your deposit before you inspect the vehicle.
How do you deal with a car salesman, ex realtor that advertises with no pricing and doesn’t respond to inquiries. Is this guy rogue or this the average Midway Mazda salesperson? Since his sales practices have been sleazy for months, it appears to be Midway Mazda management style, top down. First impression ….. not good so I won’t patronize this dealership.
