They took advantage of my mother dying of cancer even though we're a multiple repeat customer. Never go to this dealership for any reason unless you want to be insulted. They'd get negative 5 stars if possible. The sales manager Jeremy Is a joke and the salesman should be embarrassed
Got a 16K km service at Midway Mazda on my CX5 and didn't realize how badly Midway Mazda service is until I got my 24K km service at Wolfe Mazda. Midway charged me for rotating tires but didn't even rotate them. Service manager said it might not need it??? Why would Mazda Motor Corp in their warranty info say that it is? I asked for a discounted warranty service fee since they didn't do the work and he said it is a set fee. They also said they washed my car and I watched them not wash it. Midway Mazda was not honest with me

After I left a negative review, shortly after, a manager from the dealership called me, and he kindly apologised and offered for us to come back to the dealership to correct the issues we had with our new to us vehicle purchase.
