Some of the best customer service I've experienced. Took my honda out board motor i had bought second hand to get a service and once over. Shaun kept me in the loop with the issues he found. And even went through the issues with me in detail and explained things to me and showing me the old parts he had replaced. Nothing I asked was too much. Went in to the shop pretty desperate we lost a prop on our tender so struggled to get to shore for supplies. After paddle boarding to shore from our yaght I did the hour walk to Midway Marine. They didn't have the prop in stock and the nearest was in Melbourne. Jaime the owner took a prop off a new engine he had on display and gave it to me then he offered to drop me back off to the beach where the yaght was moored. Can't thank these guys enough for their efforts to get my family back sailing the WA coast.
