Sometimes visit a friend who lives in this park. I always use the visitor parking lot. Other visitors don't but that isn't enforced. Instead blocking the street or other residents' units with their engines running and car radios blaring. Plus a constant noisy flow of multiple delivery vehicles all day long and well into evenings. Apparently the 10 mph posted speed doesn't apply to them making walking a challenge. I absolutely love Midway Manor I feel safe calm and serene here. The managers Cindy and Ron keep this place extremely well maintained and pretty. They do not mess around making sure safety is key to all whether that be lighting fencing or making sure homeless are not allowed to park on the streets surrounding our homes. All of these things contribute to an environment that is very much a part of creating a safe community. The community center is open to all of us and kept clean and warm. Management does try, but there still are traffic and especially traffic noise issues. Busy park with many large loud trucks driving through at all hours, often exceeding the posted 10 mph speed, and then creating crashingly loud decibels when rabbiting over the abundant speedbumps. Speedbumps which, sadly enough, just don't seem to control speed one bit. Although I do not live here, I am a handyman in this mobile home park and I have amazing clients to work for and the managers are great as well .
