This company is a joke. I purchased a Bobbie Boss HD Transparent Lace wig from the hair store, which have a no refund policy and told me to contact Midway International Inc about the false advertisement of their product. The wig I purchased look nothing like the wig on the cover of the box and wasn't 16 inches in length and wasn't transparent as it stated. June is one of the best sell person I encountered...
I bought a Bobbi Boss wig at the retail store, put it on and found that the wig on the box wasn’t actually like it what pictured. I complained to the store. They don’t accept exchanges or returns. Who does? Especially in these COVID days and rightfully so. So I contacted Midway. Needless to say they gave me the run around.
