Very lazy landlord the landlord only want money don't care about you having mixes alot lot of roaches leave you in the cold no hot water til mid March. Left tenants without no hot water and heat February and some of March. They want there rent but don't care how they treat you. Don't move here
Poor business My son has been looking for an apartment we find this place. We arrived on a Saturday for a showing twice 2 different weeks. And nobody is their eventhough the sign say Saturday showings. Then we go on a monday and again no management. We speak to a long term resident and employee who gives us a lease form that cant be read like no ink was in the printer. I then call as directed mon thru friday 1pm to 4pm no answer voicemail full. tenant at Midway I have lived at Midway Gardens for over 15 years. When I read some of these reviews I was baffled. I LOVE THE MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE STAFF. They help you with almost anything. Some people have nasty units and they just don't keep their units clean, hello they lease apartments they don't clean them for you. You have to keep your unit clean and call for extermination. I know a lot about the people hear and they want something for nothing half the time when they complain they have not even paid their rent. ... read more
Terrible Do not lease any of these apartment units the whole building is infest with roaches & mice !!!! Management is lazy & don't fix anything!!
Do not give them the non-refundable $350.00 credit check fee. I gave the manager a $350.00 money order for a credit check and a security deposit after I was asked few questions about my background and credit history. I called the manager repeatedly and left messages afterward on their answering machine before I physically had to go to the building a total of three times during a period of 4 weeks to get an answer on the credit check. midway gardens 727 e. 60th st, chicago,illinois Terrible managment..... No working washers and dryers.... Bed bugs!!!!...Mice infested.... manager never gets job done.....garbage all over property....very poor maintenance.... Board of Health needs to be notified about this property...
