Both of the previous 5-star reviews were left by the company's CEO, not actual customers. After purchasing a brand new Flareall 100 machine from them, we have spent the last 8 months trying to get them to respond to warranty issues and addressing false claims and incorrect/faulty parts. They originally built it with the wrong motor (I ordered a 1.0 hp motor, and they built it with a 0.5 hp motor, which they said was 'good enough').
