They ordered $500 of test without telling me. The company they worked with sent it to an old address and now I’m seeing the bill on my credit report. They didn’t give me a true good faith estimate knowing I wasn’t insured and paying out of pocket. They do not care about anything but money. Stay far away. Very disappointed with the method of reaching the Midway office. Getting a recording to leave a message is totally unacceptable. The response time for a return call is even worse. This used to be a great practice. It appears to be losing any integrity relating to patient care.
They never answer the phone. The doctor called my medicine into 3 different pharmacies in two different counties. My experience has been a complete mess, first visit.
