I don’t know what happened to Midway Family Medicine but it has gone downhill these past few years. I used to love seeing Lena, but my recent experience with her was extremely disappointing. She barely spent time with me and just ordered a bunch of labs. There was no follow up, no care. Lena acted like she could not be bothered with me. I was just another payday to them. This is why Americans are losing hoping in the healthcare system. So disappointed in them, I was a loyal patient but I will never be back.
Midway Family Medicine is hand's down the best doctors office I receive care from. Very responsive and friendly. It is very easy to reach the staff with questions or to make appointments. My other providers and pharmacy have had no issues contacting this location. Much appreciated!
