The receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout, constantly making faces whenever I asked for anything. My consultation with Dr Tariq lasted less than five minutes, I discussed about my issues. I have been coming to this medical centre since I was 12 years old, and now at 27, I can genuinely say I feel so grateful to have had such wonderful doctors and staff looking after me and my family over all these years. In particular, I can’t speak highly enough of Dr Gergis and Dr Lualhati. They are both incredibly kind, accommodating, thorough and supportive. Even though I had an appointment, I still had to wait for more than an hour to see the doctor. The experience was terrible.
Practice Manager and receptionist extremely rude. I have never visited a medical centre before where they raise their voice at you when you are asking a question and want to continue the debate. Would never go here again.
