Extensive wait times. Have lost hours of work today trying to get in for an appointment that I booked weeks ago.
I came in for my first blood test. I was feeling very anxious, luckily i had dr Mitra to ease me through the process! I didn’t feel a thing and she was very gentle. She was talking to me throughout the whole process. Dr Mitra is so kind ❤️❤️
Unprofessional and rude service. I was shouted at by the manager and felt forced into a decision I didn’t agree with. Patients deserve respect — very disappointing.
Such a long wait everytime we are there atleast 1 hour wait everytime
Poor service. I arrived on time and was waiting alone for the doctor. Despite this, the doctor called in another patient who had just arrived. When I asked the receptionist, she said they had only just realised I was waiting. This shows a lack of basic patient management—even with only one patient waiting.
