I moved into this residence in 2002 with the understanding that it would be a short-term rental, which the management confirmed would be acceptable. Upon my departure, they attempted to retain my deposit, citing it as a standard business expense. I contested this, as I had left the apartment in excellent condition, even going so far as to clean the carpets myself. Beautiful property, very well taken care of!! The management is wonderful!!
Thinking of moving here? Don’t! Renter beware, terrible place to be. Management is incompetent. They consist of a trashy Mexican woman named Ivonne who doesn’t know how to be a manager and floats off her half price rent and ex military white husband. She will try to avoid you if she doesn’t like you and move silently behind your back rather than being a grown up and having a conversation to your face. Stopped by to the office during open hours waited for over 30mins no note on the door. Super unprofessional dont recommend. Apts landscape is different but unattended.
