I had trouble looking for a wheel stud for a 2500 dodge diesel truck kept getting the wrong part until parts man decided to use the book where technology failed to locate the correct part ...he found it ...thanks parts guy

Customer service in that place needs some work. A misunderstanding over the phone on their end, only to show up and be greeted by a grown man who sigh’s and roll his eyes like a child when they’re the ones supposed to help a customer? Between the 18 year old with a bowl cut and the arrogant, lazy fella with a goatee, all we figured out is they can’t hold their word from phone to person. Sad effort there guys, looks like there’s enough bad reviews on these folks to maybe rethink who you put behind the desk.
There used to be experienced parts people working here but I dealt with a young guy who was rude and lazy. I am doing a classic car rebuild and just need generic parts but they are so poorly trained they cant think about anything besides year make and model. This place will remind you you are in Lloydminster. Terrible customer relations met with uselessness! Amazon it is!
