It's hard to believe people don't want to do their jobs. I asked for hd springs for a 2003 jetta wagon and the person I talked to said they had no idea what I was talking about. So I phoned north battleford NAPA and they found the part no problems. I phoned midway back to let them know another NAPA was able to find them and thier response was oh well.
400%! percent mark up on oil filters for NONE OEM oil filters for your car or trucks. Better off going to the dealership to get OEM filters!
Called about a part for my car, a rear brake line and the person straight up told me he couldn't get me the part. I guess this is not a good part store to go to since they can't provide with parts. This crazy to me!
Amazing customer service. Scott (i really apologize if i have the wrong name) went above and beyond to help me with my proformer car battery. It felt like they really do care about the customers best interest
Most expensive place I've ever seen for parts plus everytime I've got to order it in so cost more plus wait a few days
