There used to be experienced parts people working here but I dealt with a young guy who was rude and lazy. I am doing a classic car rebuild and just need generic parts but they are so poorly trained they cant think about anything besides year make and model. This place will remind you you are in Lloydminster. Terrible customer relations met with uselessness! Amazon it is!
extremely unprofessional and unorganized. they can never seem to get the invoices straight and had to call 3 times, one of which the accounts receiving person hung up on me rather than taking me call. just bad.

It's hard to believe people don't want to do their jobs. I asked for hd springs for a 2003 jetta wagon and the person I talked to said they had no idea what I was talking about. So I phoned north battleford NAPA and they found the part no problems. I phoned midway back to let them know another NAPA was able to find them and thier response was oh well.
