Not sure why this shows as Midway Marketing, must have been previous company that was here. It is now Master Foods LLC. Open at 5am, people are very helpful and friendly. Super tight dock being in an alley, bring your A game, or you’ll lose a door while backing in or pulling out. Checked in at 5am, hit the dock at 6am, out by 7am. Room for 1 maybe 2 trucks to park overnight, but wouldn’t suggest it. They unload until 1400. Three stars is only because it’s a pain in the a** getting in and out of the dock. Nice people and quick unloading I went couple times only 15 minutes unloading
Easy to back up into this super tight dock only if your a professional driver with lots of experience! Lol New drivers please stay away. The guys are nice and willing to help out. You just have to ask. They don’t rush you at all. Take your time and make sure you G.O.A.L. Fast unloading! Remember this place is a dead end! But you have room to back up into the dock.
I was very nervous after reading the reviews but let me tell you this, yes this is a tight spot and if ur not careful and a good driver. You will have lots of problems!! The people that work here are super nice n helpful, if u get down and speak with them. Don't just assume or they will assume you don't want there help! I was in and out in 30 mins n 15 mins of that was backing in the dock. For being downtown Chicago I am impressed with this business!! Nice job guys thanks for making my job go smooth for a change....
