Worst service ever – I have been using this cleaner for 4 years because their location is very convenient. But no more. Over the past few years, they have lost about 20 socks. The owner blamed us and told us to get mesh bags which we did, but then they lost the mesh bags also. Finally, yesterday, they lost one of our expensive fitted sheets! How do you lose a sheet??? Proud Customer of Midway Cleaners – I was googling for this store's phone numbers when I stumbled upon this negative comments. I just wanted to defend my neighborhood cleaners by saying that I've never had any problems with suit tailoring or pant hemming. My dress shirt collars are always crisp and I've never had a problem with damaged goods. Rip-Offs with a Capital R – Too many pricing mistakes. This owner has overcharged me so many times because I pay attention to my bills. He has pulled cash out of his register to reimburse me for the overcharge each time I brought it to his attention. I will never ever step foot in this establishment again.

Fraud!!! – I have had couple incidents with this dry cleaning place and have VOWED NEVER TO use this place again. 1) I dropped off a sweater for dry cleaning, then when I went to pick it up on the day it was promised, the guy who owns the store flatly told me that "someone" had picked up my dry cleaning. Outrageous, Rip-Off Prices!! – I sent 4 pcs for drycleaning. 2 jackets, 2 skirts and my bill came to $53.22 and it wasn't a mistake! There are better cleaners in the 3 block area, please research!

Good Collars, Good Tailoring – I've used them for a couple of years, and I have tried another shop in the area before trying Midway, but left because the collars of my shirts were not crisply pressed. The work they've done hemming new suit pants has been fine, and they've done numerous corrective work with clothing, e.g., new zippers, repairs due to wear, all of which we have been happy with. Laundry is almost always returned the same day, provided its dropped off early enough, although dry cleaning delivery is at times iffy... read more

DO NOT USE FOR ALTERATIONS – I recently went to this establishment to get a dress hemmed. They are incredibly rude and unprofessional. I picked up the dress right before closing and when I got home I tried it on, I saw they altered my dress incorrectly and left the back unhemmed. When I returned the very next morning and explained that they did not do the job requested of them, they refused to fix it unless I paid them again.
