This dealership’s service center is a complete disaster. I made an appointment five days in advance for warranty work on my car. On the day of the appointment (Monday), they informed me that it would take three to four days to fix it. I went in on Thursday to get an oil change for my wife’s car, only to be told that they wouldn’t even look at my truck until the following Monday morning. Excellent - Got the can in, Oil hange and Tire rotation out in about an hour. Tire pressure we set to the pressure that I requested.

2025 traverse has onstar issue that kills the battery. No ETA on the part. Dealership won't accommodate giving us a courtesy vehicle similar in size and General Motors only covers rentals at a maximum of $44 per day, which doesn't cover a similar size vehicle.
