$200 for an oil change!? I just paid $96 on 12/1 for an oil change. How does it go from $96 to $200 in 3 months? I even showed him my receipt from my last visit. Welp, won't be coming here anymore.
I will go to this dealership every time now!!! There staff and service is the best ive ever seen! The service department attendent that helped me his name was "Z" . He was on point and followed up with everything from car-rental to updates on parts and the labor being performed. He delt with insurance and warrenty also. That guy deserves a raise and Employee of the year award! Chris in the service department was great. Helped my mom with everything. So was Nick the mechanic.
Ask for Z! Had a warranty question about the C8 ZR1 and he took his time talked to director/managers and got me solid info. Appreciate him taking the time to confirm and clarify for me!
