Very pleased with how professional my interaction was. Liked that his place was clean and organized. I was informed what was wrong with my mom's phone as the charging port was loose. Expectations were presented up front: if the part was available it would be completed same day, if not, potentially 2 days later. Phone was available same day and both my mom and I were pleased as we didn't need to spend an exuberant amount on a new phone, since she is elderly and only really uses the basic phone functions and scroll FB.
