Midway did a marvelous job installing a Shaw carpet runner on my staircase. It required great precision to calculate the area because the last two stairs on each run are longer than the others. I wanted the carpet to be a straight run down the stairs and around the landing. Ginger and her husband spent quite a bit of time measuring and then rechecking their calculations. Great in the past, but most recently, spent $10,000 on flooring, pitiful. Now the sales representative not returning my messages. Never pay upfront. Pay after you are satisfied. Sad, owner is/was a great guy. They are only involved in selling the floor covering. We are ripping it all out and replacing with new Saw a 100% guarantee or replace or refund. Comedy Zone! 🤣😂🤣 Just treat people right and stand behind your word. I do pray for you to at least treat everyone else fairing🙏
Very proffessional and courteous workers! Cleaned up all their mess,I couldn’t even tell they were there to do floors! EXCELLENT JOB!! Very well pleased and satisfied😊
