Terrible beach, and almost every interaction I've had with the people here has been awful. This is where trash comes to vacation. The management are fools, and the tenants are wild. One year, they set the dunes on fire while firing off dangerous fireworks in close proximity to children and other guests. This forced the fire department and others to respond. They even threatened the security guards who were there at the time. An absolutely terrible experience.

1 star, I love the beach, I have lived here for almost 30 years. NOW after all this time they decide last year: Only residents and guests car park on 6th and 7th lanes. NOW 2023 its only if you have a parking pass which you are not given enough per household if you have a larger family/ kids. THEY HAVE BEEN GETTING CARS OF FAMILY MEMBERS WHO HAVE BEEN COMING FOR YEARS TOWED MULTIPLE TIMES A WEEK. insanity and it needs to stop
