I have been with them for about 15 years or so. Exceptional service! My cars always feel refreshed n run like new after each service. Highly recommended.
I encourage people to give this business a go. This was our second service and again I couldn’t fault AutoPort. Good communication, personable owner, modern facilities. I was called promptly with a vehicle status and given the opportunity to approve or decline work. The car was ready at the scheduled time and the burnt oil smell in the engine bay has _finally_ been exorcised. Oh and easy bus connections for picking up your car (517, 518 in the Ryde area).
I would like to give them 6 stars review. They provided the expertise and professional service to my Mazda. They let me know the real problem of my Mazda was from the "Body Control Model". Not from the 'Alternator' which I was told by NRMA that I need to replace it. As they did not have that special service to provide, they asked me to go to the manufacturer to fix it. Finally Mazda told me that they fix the "Body Control Model" and now my car is running well. They had done the correct suggestion, but they had not charge me ... read more
