Rude, Arrogant, hostile,Condoscending. Very intolerable of general lay person questions! He got very rude when asked for an approximate price and told my son "well I haven't got up in there to look at it yet!" We just wanted a ballpark idea so I knew how much to get out of the bank. I was 2 hrs away and traveling in to pay for it. I described where the issue was to my son, he (Tim) overheard and told my son "forget it; I'm not working on it now! My tire went flat just before their shop. They were so kind to come out and fix/plug my tire even before their shop was technically opened. Super great guy! I will be going here for future services.

Red blooded Americans work here. Good ol boys who turn wrenches and mean what they say and get to the point. If your not used to having confident Alpha males around your probably better off heading down to Walmarts auto Center. I hear you can get an espresso while getting complimented on your outfit while you wait.
