Finding a good and honest mechanic seems almost as difficult as finding a good partner, so I am happy to report that the mechanics at Kevin's are fantastic!! Still haven't found that partner yet ;) Not only did they give me options and explain the pros and cons to various choices, they got the work done by when they said they would and the price was under what I was quoted elsewhere (this elsewhere place used a scare tactic trying to make me think the work was absolutely necessary to avoid eminent danger -- whatever). I used their service to repair the fuel pump in my truck. They balanced the flow of new people coming in very well and still devoted consistent attention to getting my truck repaired in a reasonable manner. I found them to be very professional, hard working and tentative. I would trust these guys to help me again if I ever have mechanical issues while traveling on I5 again. Thanks again guys for all of your help!
Terrible. I was told the hub and backing plate to my trailer was bad. when I went to pick it up the old hub was on my trailer and the new one was sitting on the ground. My husband looked at the backing plate and there was nothing wrong with it. Was charged parts I didn't need. When confronted, the owner got mad and said, "come on lady, you have lots of money." Very shady business. Took advantage of a woman. Will be contacting the BBB.
This is a great place.kevins auto repair All the people in this establishment are honest and straightforward. Their prices are very-very reasonable and they also give out freebies (they charged nada for my engine diagnostics). I have become their loyal customer and will absolutely recommend them.
