Not helpful to schedule a pick up and wait 2 hours when the location is 15-20 minutes away. There was an entire business day to work out the paperwork and this forced me to reschedule an eye care appointment i had. would have scheduled differently if i had been told of the variance.

Truck I had for over 10 years finally bit the dust and cost of repair was too high. Midway came, picked up my truck, and reasonably compensated me for it. The whole process was very easy and painless. They were very patient and professional. Would recommend.
