My recent experience started out with being told a wait time that I wasn't too happy with but I had been told that this company was trustworthy and fair. I was then was called as soon as a cancellation occurred. They came out and fixed my washing machine that day because thankfully they had the part on hand. I was very happy with the service , communication and cost!! Family-owned businesses that have served our community for years deserve a little grace. Being busy often means people trust them.
Ryan Gover repaired my Whirlpool dryer very nice very professional. He was very prompt right on time, did a fabulous job I highly recommend him to my family and friends. Thank you Ryan
Today 12/15/2025 - I had a problem with my refrigerator filter coupling. John came to fix it in this cold weather. He arrived shortly after he called me. I'm so glad that he knew right away what was wrong. He went out to his truck to see if he had the part to fix my problem, and I was so lucky that he had one. He had our water and ice maker back up and running in no time. John is a great technician. I would recommend Midway Appliance Service for all your appliance repair needs.
Sam did a wonderful job fixing our refrigerator. It started leaking. Sam ordered a part fixed. Oh no, it's still leaking. Sam came back and found another leak. Ordered a part fixed it, said call if it leaks anymore. So far it working and making my ice which we use a lot of . So kind and considerate and very reasonable with charges. Thank you Sam.
Sam was wonderful!! He did an excellent job at a very reasonable price.
