One word Rude
The rudest people I ever seen.
Awful customer service. They are never welcome clients, very high prices. But the altitude is the worse . I will never go back there
It's fine. They have a pretty good selection, they cut keys well. As long as you know exactly what you're looking for, you'll probably have an ok experience. If you need any help or advice, they will make you regret asking for it.
Not sure why they are so rude and angry at life. The European couple and the Indian man are all equally as destitute, it’s actually quite sad just how miserable they seem to be. I live next door and avoid going in at all costs to avoid the darkness. I actually went in there with my 7 year old boy once for a lightbulb and the man was so upset I told him, “you look like someone killed your cat, why are you so bitterly depressed?” He looked at me bewildered and asked me,”really? No I’m fine.”
