Ok so here is the deal with this shop. I was in a accident in a snow storm were i slid off the road sideways and hit a road delineator. I was in the process of moving so my car was loaded with personal belongings. My mistake was letting progressive choose repair shop and not negotiating the repairs myself. Anyhow Mid Valley picked car up and I called them before that was scheduled to ask them to allow me to get back up there in a rental car to retrieve my belongings out of car.
