I used to hate the desk staff and love my care givers. Now since Optum took over it’s opposite. In the last 3 years my primary care physician has dropped me twice. Dr. Courville was rude and arrogant. Did not listen and laughed or dismissed my healthcare concerns! Will be looking for a different care giver once again for third time in last 3 years.😡
