Charged 4 hours labour for 1 hours work. I reported a suspected faulty ignition switch but unsure so the fault needed to be diagnosed. I asked about the cost of diagnosis and Ben said he would diagnose the fault for free. I had the vehicle towed in and within a half hour hour Ben called to tell me that he had to move it because it was in the way and shorted the starter motor terminals with a rod, to find that it started.
