I’ve been waiting 50 minute for an appointment and still haven’t been called. Was told not enough radiologists in the back. Totally unacceptable. Will not come here again.
My appointment for an MRI was scheduled for 2:00pm. I arrived at 1:55 and I was seen at 4:00pm.
The staff, especially Yasmin, is great! But the front desk does not provide accurate information. I was told my PA in the Columbia system (and in the same building!) would have results of my ultrasound the same day it was performed...and that it would call me. The test was done at noon, but no call. I called my doctor’s office but they don’t have the results. Now I am in a chase to get to medical records, where I have left a voice message, and to my PA. Frustrating!
ive come here for about 3 years for my routine sonograms and a biopsy. the staff have been professional, courteous and attentive. when my insurance has changed, i always try to come back here and make sure they take it. (pictured: waiting area)
