From the first inquiry I made with Jane, regarding Midtown accepting new patients, every experience with this team has exceeded any expectations I came in with! Midtown unpretentiously has earned its banner on the website: Competence, Integrity and Compassion! These qualities are absolutely what we and our 2 young doxies have experienced across the board during 3 recent visits. I've been taking my senior cat, Honey, to Dr. Hunter for a few years now, and every time she has gone above and beyond to make sure Honey gets the best care possible, and has taken the time to keep me informed and educated (as much as a non-professional can be) about her care and condition. With Honey getting older, Dr. Hunter has been vulnerable with me and validated my feelings around one day having to say goodbye to her, while also informing me about options to continue care for Honey while also keeping her comfortable. Midtown VMC is full of the kindest, caring people. Dr. Hunter was especially helpful during the final days of my sweet doggo's life, and provided me with insight and guidance through that difficult process. The whole crew there has been fantastic, can't recommend Midtown enough.
