Very BAD experience there today. We went there for a heartworm test and a vaccination. The front desk (I think her name is Kelley) is very rude. Her eyes never left the computer screen and seemed very distracted. Not paying attention to the client and made your feel like you are just standing there like non-exist or air. Very disrespected to the customer. For the blood test, I don’t know if their staff were trained at all. They poke my dog twice to get the blood, and my dog screamed like crazy!
