We started working with Ashley at Mid-Town Title even before we signed the contract to have house constructed, as we had questions on how the process would affect the closing costs. Ashley always responded to our questions in a timely matter and was willing to answer them to the best of his ability. This should be our final closing, but if we do need to close again I would Mid-Town title again without any hesitation.
