Slow. and i mean... Slooooooooow. My car has been sitting in that bay for a few days.
Okay it is November 2025 and this is my issue from my latest service repair. I needed a lot of work done like almost about $3,000 worth I specifically told them I do not need oil change I had an oil change I still had 3,000 mi to go. Why would I want to spend 90 more dollars to have an oil change that wasn't due yet? I get the bill pick the car up and go home and I'm looking over the charges and I'll be damned if they didn't do a $90 oil change that I did not ask for. Specifically said no and turned it down. My experience with Midtown Brookstone was awesome. I stopped into the store for a quote and was able to get my new tires that same day. The waiting room was clean and the entire staff was professional. I will go back again for my car needs.
