Wow. What an outstanding experience it was to come in to Midtown to discuss Motorhome repairs with the Service Department. I had the pleasure of being looked after by Kayleigh. She has excellent customer service skills, and is pleasant, cheerful, and efficient. I had an unusual feeling….like I could very much trust Midtown. Not all that common in the RV industry. Keep it up!
I needed to stop by without an appointment for a coach check up and Cailie made it all happen on short notice . Also picked up a few products for the coach at very good prices .
Excellent atmosphere service was super nice and helpful
