The service and attention to detail at Midtown are exceptional. We are treated like family even after purchasing our motorhome. They are always an email away if we have any questions or issues on the road. We just had our motorhome in for spring maintenance and repairs and the team was outstanding. The team at MidTown Rv are second to none! I factory ordered a new RV with Kyle and from start to finish everything went painlessly and I was treated like a family member. We own a Newmar King Aire and recently had the unit in for service and some repairs. Can't say enough about the amazing front end service staff like Ceiligh and Brenna to the techs in the back. Explained everything, did a great job and fair pricing. It's great to deal with a company that has such dedicated staff that go the extra mile.
