We own a Newmar King Aire and recently had the unit in for service and some repairs. Can't say enough about the amazing front end service staff like Ceiligh and Brenna to the techs in the back. Explained everything, did a great job and fair pricing. It's great to deal with a company that has such dedicated staff that go the extra mile.

We just had a terrible experience with this dealership. Maybe all RV dealers play the same game, however we saw a unit on FB marketplace. Contacted Kyle about it. We decided we’d take the 2.5 hour drive down to the penticton area to look at some dealerships and a few private deals. Kyle said the Dutch Star we wanted to see is sold but he had a Essex just arrive but hadn’t been through their shop for inspection. I told him we are in town could we look at it anyway. My converter on my trailer went, afterwards call to Terry and the team they had me out the door with the correct upgraded part!
I drive 4 hours each way to this dealer for my servicing. Fantastic staff. Recently had my Airstream converted to lithium, 2x’s 300AH and couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Just came home from a 9 sleep boondock and battery life never dropped below 95%. We have 400 watts solar and had enough sun to top up each day. Big thanks to Brenna and Terry at MidTown RV.
