Edit: After talking with Cameron, the issue has been rectified. He was very helpful with the situation. Terrible customer service and an extremely rude employee.
Best quick oil change experience ever!! Customer service is excellent! Bella the Midtown Mascot is so sweet and gentle, I witnessed her play with a baby! Beautiful pup. Did I mention the cookies? Massage chair? Or coffee/soda? How about that free car wash!!???
Went in to get a full service oil change. The man working was very polite. We waited in the waiting area while the work was done. They completed a full service oil change in only 20 minutes. There is no way they changed my oil and filter, checked my wiper blades,air filter, cabin air filter, rear diff fluid, transfer case fluid, front diff fluid,radiator fluid,brake fluid, power steering fluid, & windshield fluid in 20 minutes. they didn’t wash my front window even though it was checked done also. Great place to get your oil changed!
Unreal. No wait for an oil change at the cleanest shop I ever seen with the friendliest staff. Add to it a pristine, super creative "customer lounge" with complimentary cookies and drinks, this was such a pleasant experience. I expected a matching price tag, but their oil change is less than half the price of take 5, and these guys still offer a 10% discount to veterans. If I could give more stars I would!
