Perfectly worthless. I got some bloodwork done here. They were supposed to give me my results by 09/16, but it's already been several weeks, and all my phone calls go straight to voicemail, and obviously nobody can be bothered to call me back. I called the nurse helpline, but they don't even have any records under my name. It's like they literally just threw my blood in the trash and shredded all the paperwork that I filled out. Thanks for wasting my time. Really appreciate it.

Came here for measles shots and was pleasantly surprised at how fast and efficient it was. Multiple staff that I encountered across multiple days have all been pleasant and friendly and super helpful and compassionate.
There is a woman working the front desk at the clinic right now 06-09-2025 who refused to give me her name to report her. I tried to call for my test results being I'm a victim of assault. She was rude,cut me off, nd hung up on me. I called back and without her even verifying it was actually me she was speaking to which is a breach of Hipa, she said they aren't in. I called back and she refused to give me her name to report her and just transfered me no where and now they refuse to answer my calls. Absolutely disgusting.
