Ive been trying to reach wicc office all week and they either dont anwser or put me on hold and never anwser or they hang up
Came here for measles shots and was pleasantly surprised at how fast and efficient it was. Multiple staff that I encountered across multiple days have all been pleasant and friendly and super helpful and compassionate.
There is a woman working the front desk at the clinic right now 06-09-2025 who refused to give me her name to report her. I tried to call for my test results being I'm a victim of assault. She was rude,cut me off, nd hung up on me. I called back and without her even verifying it was actually me she was speaking to which is a breach of Hipa, she said they aren't in. I called back and she refused to give me her name to report her and just transfered me no where and now they refuse to answer my calls. Absolutely disgusting.
I honestly just need the results number, I left it at the place 😂 if anyone can provide it. I never got a call back so that should be a good sign but I just need that little paper they give with that phone number on it.
