Andrew responded to my Saturday morning call for an "emergency" plumbing problem. (It wasn an emergency to me!) Kitchen sink was leaking (pouring) into the basement - and I had people coming for dinner that night. Although he originally said he would be here between 11 and 2pm he actually showed up a little early - which was awesome because I was stressed!
