Very frustrating experience. I contacted Midtown Plumbing expecting a straightforward service, but the overall experience was disappointing. The issue took longer to resolve than expected, and I felt the communication throughout the process could have been much better. Unfortunately, I left feeling that the service was not worth what I paid.
I highly recommend Andrew, a true master plumber and an excellent professional. He did an outstanding job cleaning and unclogging our kitchen drainage pipe. He was knowledgeable, efficient, professional, and took the time to make sure the problem was completely resolved. Andrew did an exceptional job installing my new faucet and tub in my laundry room, he’s very professional, detailed oriented and told me exactly what needs to be done for the installation to be done right at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend plumber!
