Awful and incompetent. Only 3 people in there and waiter forgot our order. We ordered a pizza. 2 people came in after us. They got their orders, pizza, and after 40 mns we asked where ours was. Kid stated he forgot to put it in. Awful. We paid for our drinks, which we shouldn't have had to. Never will be back.
Everything was great , only one very very small complaint , the pizza dough outer edge seemed to be a little too hard , but had great taste .
We have been loyal customers of MPK in Prattville since they opened. We have had both good & bad experiences, but the good always outweigh the bad. But I would like to make customers aware of something that happened today that I find rather unfair. The lunch salad & pizza special is $9.99--a great bargain. Since neither my husband nor I eat that much anymore, we like to split that special. This place is absolutely delicious! The pizza I ordered was made exactly the way I asked for it. The crust was amazing, and they were generous with all the toppings. You can really tell they care about quality. It’s worth every penny and I would 100% recommend it!
