I’ve been using this pharmacy for over 30 years and I can honestly say I’ve never had an issue. I get meds monthly without delay. Sometimes it it needs a call into the doctor for a refill or to order a certain/special drug that’s not available till the next day, they follow through with no worries. I rely on them 100% to handle my scripts. I highly recommend them and I’m grateful for the services they provide.
I just recently changed pharmacies from CVS (Schuyler Ave) and started coming to Midtown pharmacy and I must say what a difference (for the better) the young lady behind the counter at the pharmacy (for prescription pick up) is really nice and very helpful. So glad I left CVS.
My Aunt has been using Midtown for YEARS, YEARS. It’s no longer the hometown pharmacy. It may as well be Walgreens. No communication at all. We have been waiting, for a couple of weeks, for sensors and every time I call they give me a different answer. Ever since Fatima left it is not the same. We may as well go to Walmart. I never have a problem there.
