Worst pharmacy experience. The employees were very disrespectful. I was calmly explaining that I haven’t been receiving any calls or text messages when my medication is ready, and instead of listening, the employee responded with a nasty attitude and loudly said, “It’s ready for you, okay?” I did not appreciate being spoken to that way. Customers should be treated with respect, especially when they are simply asking about their medication.

I came to this pharmacy after receiving a text saying my blood pressure cuff was ready for pickup. When I arrived, one employee was extremely rude and immediately told me, “We don’t do that here.” I explained that my insurance company had specifically referred me to this pharmacy as an approved provider. I then asked whether they had the correct insurance information because it had been a while since I had used this pharmacy. It turned out they were using an old insurance card. I absolutely love Midtown Pharmacy! Everyone is so friendly, helpful, and caring. The pharmacy is always clean and well organized, and they always do their best to get my medications quickly when I need them. A special thank you to Lucia, who is always there to help. Midtown Pharmacy is great and has such caring and knowledgeable staff. Anton and Dominick, the main pharmacists, are incredibly smart, helpful, and always takes the time to make sure you understand everything. My family has been coming for a long time many years. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They will make every effort to give you the best price if you don’t have insurance or if even your co-pay is high. They offer excellent hours of operation and great delivery. They are part of our family and we even are willing to travel from bellvill to Kearny to continue to use their services thanks to Dominic and the staff for all you do for us and the community.
