RecommendedDr. Fry is a wonderful doctor. My daughter had tried numerous medications, none of which worked. Dr. Fry administered the gene sight testing and we are finally seeing results. He also did extensive testing to find other problems. Carmen is also wonderful. She is helpful and kind. I highly recommend Dr. Fry to any family needing pediatric neurology services. He has helped our family so much!

A friend's child was refused service at a scheduled Pediatric Neurology appointment by Dr. Olson's staff because they would not accept a credit card for a previous $50 cancelled appointment fee (cash or check only for that fee, which seems shady to me). This is not OK. Dr. Olson's reputation is very positive due to her exemplary ability of explaining and approaching meds. In order to get that service, though, patients have to run the gauntlet of their horrible customer service approach and policies.
Dr. Olson has managed my son's epilepsy since he was 7 y/o. Now he is nearing 18. When we came to her, the doctors in OH could not get it managed, she accomplished that in short order. She takes time to listen and get to know her patients. She is kind and supportive and a great teacher. Her sweet nature makes getting through difficult periods possible.
