If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We parked in this parking garage on 6/23/26 for a concert at Warehouse Live and paid $10 for the extended stay (4 hours) with the QR code POSTED INSIDE THE PARKING GARAGE. Today, 9/15/26, I received a letter from a company PRRS Parking stating we owe $87 for non compliance and threatening to send it to collections if it’s not paid within 30 days. *** DO NOT PARK HERE *** If you do not want to risk receiving a $97 parking notice, park somewhere else. PRRS appears to have a wide range of “rules,” “terms,” and technical reasons they can use to issue a $97 charge, even over issues that many drivers may not realize are violations at the time. Before parking here, I strongly suggest looking up Parking Revenue Recovery Services (PRRS) on the Better Business Bureau. DON'T PARK HERE!! IT IS NOT FREE PARKING AS WHAT THEY CLAIM THAT IS POSTED ON THE SIGN WHEN YOU'RE ENTERING!! MIDTOWN PARKING GARAGE IS TRYING TO EXTORT CITIZENS!!!MY WIFE AND I STOPPED HERE AT THE MIDTOWN PARK TO HAVE LUNCH, I SAW THAT IT WAS POSTED AS FREE PARKING WITH NO SPECIFICATION OF HOW LONG THE FREE PARKING WAS VALID FOR MEANING I DIDN'T THINK THERE WAS ANY PARKING FEE AT ALL. Parked here on 7/10/26. The QR code to pay did not work and there were no gate attendants. They then charged me $97 for "unauthorized parking." It genuinely feels like they purposely made it hard to pay and easy to leave so they could charge me more.
